Every Adele Or product is hand-crafted with care. If something isn't right, we're here to help — within 24 hours.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Items must be returned with their original seals intact

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Opened skincare products (serums, creams, masks, scrubs, eye gels)
  • Opened fragrance (Eau de Parfum, Parfum Oil, Parfum Balm)
  • Opened body care (body butters, deodorants, sprays)
  • Opened home fragrance (diffusers, candles, linen mists)
  • Sale items and discounted purchases
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at adeleor.beauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship to the address we provide using a tracked shipping method

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

We're truly sorry. Please email us a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required for damaged goods.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please email us within 7 days with a photo and we will ship the correct item at no charge.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges at this time. For a faster experience, request a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 days to post the refund to your account

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received a refund, please contact us at adeleor.beauty@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item received). We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have an additional right under EU consumer law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must still be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
