Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic shipping within the US takes 3–5 business days. International shipping takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer complimentary shipping on all US orders over $100. Orders below that threshold ship at a flat rate, calculated at checkout. International rates depend on weight and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These charges are determined by your country and are paid upon delivery.
Can I track my order?
Of course. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account at any time to view your order status.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to modify or cancel, please email us at adeleor.beauty@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare and fragrance products cannot be returned. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I request a return?
Email adeleor.beauty@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
What if my product arrived damaged?
We are so sorry. Please email a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Our Products
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
All Adele Or products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals. The vast majority of our formulas are vegan; the few exceptions (such as our beeswax-based lip balm) are clearly indicated on the product page.
Where are your products made?
Every Adele Or product is hand-crafted in small batches in our family lab in Florida, USA, by Moran (our founder, a professional makeup artist) and Yaniv (our master perfumer with 20 years of expertise in fine fragrance).
Are your formulas clean and free from harmful chemicals?
Yes. Our formulas are crafted under strict quality control, free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and other harmful chemicals. Each product page lists the full ingredient profile and our specific standards.
How should I store my products?
Store fragrances and oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their olfactory integrity. Skincare products should be kept in a stable temperature environment. Most products have a shelf life of 12–24 months after opening.

How do I choose the right scent?

What's the difference between Eau de Parfum, Parfum Oil, and Parfum Balm?
Eau de Parfum is our classic alcohol-based fragrance with a fine, lasting mist. Parfum Oil is a concentrated, alcohol-free oil that hydrates the skin while it scents — ideal for sensitive skin. Parfum Balm is a 50%-concentrated solid perfume, travel-friendly and incredibly long-lasting.
How long does the scent last on my skin?
Our Eau de Parfum lasts 6–8 hours on most skin types. Parfum Oil and Parfum Balm can last 8–12 hours. For maximum longevity, apply right after the shower while skin is still slightly damp, or layer the Parfum Balm under the Eau de Parfum (we call this Scent Layering).
Can I layer scents?
Absolutely. Many of our compositions are designed to layer beautifully. A common pairing is the Parfum Balm as a base and the Eau de Parfum on top — the balm locks in the oils so the scent stays vibrant all day.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access order history.
Do you offer wholesale or B2B partnerships?
Yes — we partner with boutique hotels, design studios, luxury spas, and authorized retailers. Visit our Wholesale page to apply for a trade account.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are available in any denomination and never expire. They are delivered instantly by email and can be redeemed at checkout.
